
Dr. Junda Woo
Junda Woo has served in public health for 11 years as Medical Director and Local Health Authority at Metro Health, where she oversees the Center for Policy & Health Improvement when not seeing STI and TB clinic patients. She received her medical degree from the State University of New York, trained as an ob-gyn at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, and earned a Master’s in Public Health at the UT School of Public Health. Her prior experience includes work at a nonprofit clinics, a federally qualified health center, and In a previous career, as a reporter for The Wall Street Journal.
