Tripp Lyles is the Group Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for Baptist Health System in San Antonio, TX, where he is responsible for developing and executing both short- and long-term business strategies for the system.

Tripp joined Tenet Healthcare in January 2014, bringing over a decade of experience in healthcare operations and strategy. During his tenure at Tenet, he served in several leadership roles, including Director of Operations at White Rock Hospital in Dallas, where he managed operations and service line development. In 2017, Tripp was appointed Associate Administrator for Baptist Resolute Hospital, where he led daily operations and strategic initiatives. In 2021, he transitioned to USPI, Tenet’s ambulatory division, as the Regional Vice President for the Southeast Region, overseeing a portfolio of ambulatory surgery centers across Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida.

Tripp holds a B.S. in Biology from Texas A&M University and an MHA from Trinity University. He resides in San Antonio with his wife, Grace, and their three children.
