Will Holleman serves as the vice president of advocacy, public policy and political strategy for the Texas Hospital Association. At THA, Will works on policies impacting Artificial Intelligence, children’s health care, as well as public and rural health.
Prior to working at THA, will spent time in legislative policy and advocacy for a decade with stints in the Texas House, academia, and abroad in the Welsh government. A proud Cleburne yellowjacket born at Walls Regional Hospital, now part of the Texas Health Resources system, Will holds a dual bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science as well as a Masters in Public Policy from The Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University.
